b2b.batchfox.app is the commercial site for BatchFox Archive, operated by BatchFox Studio LLC. It collects only the business-contact information you choose to provide when you request a pilot or join the early-access list: your company, your name, your work email, your data formats or vertical, and any message you send. We do not require an account to browse this site.

2. What We Do Not Collect Or Access

We do not receive, collect, or access your regulated or scientific data through this site or through the product. BatchFox Archive is deployed in your own environment, and your data, including any protected health information, genomic data, imaging, or research data, stays with you. Pilots are run on your own data inside your own infrastructure. We evaluate results, not your underlying data.

3. How We Use Information

We use the business-contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry, scope and coordinate a pilot, and communicate with you about BatchFox Archive. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

4. What We Do Not Do

To be clear about our limits:

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use marketing or advertising cookies.
• We do not use your information to train models, and we do not disclose your participation without your agreement.

5. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site and communicate with you. They process limited information on our behalf under obligations of confidentiality and security.

• Base44 (website hosting): server logs such as IP address and user agent, and request metadata.
• Email delivery provider: used to notify our team of a new inquiry and to reply to you. Only the contents of your inquiry are processed for this purpose.

6. Data Retention

We retain the business-contact information from an inquiry for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the potential engagement, and thereafter for a reasonable period as a business record, after which we delete or anonymize it. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND WE DO NOT SHARE IT FOR CROSS-CONTEXT BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING. Because no sale or sharing occurs, we do not provide a Do Not Sell or Share link; if our practices change we will update this policy and add the required disclosures.
